For this reason, we develop, implement, maintain and improve our Quality Management System, which is certified by SGS ICS, in accordance with the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001:2015. This certification covers the scope of the activities of medium and low voltage electrical installation and maintenance, installation and maintenance of transformer stations, execution/maintenance of low voltage installations of industrial, commercial and services type and the installation of communication and fire detection systems equipment.

 

We believe that our Quality Management System, is a fundamental factor to guarantee that we provide quality services to our clients and allows us to monitor our activities continuously, besides guaranteeing that Teletejo will have a sustained future.

Quality Policy:

Teletejo, S.A., develops its services in the activities of installation and electrical maintenance of medium and low voltage, installation and maintenance of transformer stations and in the execution/maintenance of low voltage installations of industrial, commercial and services type and in the installation of communication systems and fire detection equipment.

 

Our mission is to provide energy solutions and communication and detection systems, giving priority to teamwork and partnerships, generating wealth and well-being for all.

 

Therefore, we assume the following commitments

 

1. To define internal quality objectives;

2. To provide satisfaction to our clients by meeting their needs, expectations and guaranteeing conformity in the services provided;

3. Continuously seek to improve our processes, always bearing in mind the applicable legal and regulatory requirements

4. To guarantee and stimulate the development of the quality of the services provided, through awareness raising, training and improvement of our employees’ skills;
